Ambiance: Stand alone franchise location. Floor to ceiling windows on two sides of building add to a very bright and open atmosphere. Feels like a very clean cafeteria. Service: Counter service. I was accosted by an overly-attentive counter person after getting one foot through the door. She asked immediately if she could take my order (hey, I just walked in, give me two seconds.) I felt very rushed as she eye-balled me the entire time I was looking at their selections. Service here is not friendly, but not rude either. It was interesting for me to watch how others were served while I was at my table eating. They seem to treat their customers as commodities on a conveyor belt, that they need to process as quickly as possible, without any inter-personal interaction. Also, they "up sell" way too much -- was asked if I wanted soup, if i wanted an egg roll, and if I wanted a pepsi (I am very clear when I finish ordering by saying "that is all", I am aware of your choices, and would order them if I so chose too.) Very aggressive. Food: OK, it is not as bad as some other deplorable Chinese sit-down restaurants in town (see my other reviews), but still pretty bad. I will give them credit for actually frying their chow mein noodles, and not pouring them directly from a can as some other chop houses in town do. I ordered their Honey Walnut Shrimp -- terrible. Covered with a ton of batter and a gloppy over-powering sauce, one could barely taste the shrimp. The green bean-chicken dish was shriveled from being in the steam table too long. I guess the price is reasonable here, but I for one don't mind paying a few dollars more for something better. Having lived in California, I know it is possible for a Chinese place to do decent take-out, deli type of Chinese food. This place does not have to be as bad as it is. I would rather skip a meal than to endure another visit to Panda Express.

I love panda express but this location is constantly understaffed and under prepared. Numerous times we have come here and our food was cold but this time our food was hot because they didn't have anything cooked resulting in an extremely long wait time. This particular location is total chaos and needs significant improvement.

It was my first time dining at the chain and found the food to be decent. Pretty sterile, Americanized spin on fatty chicken yum yums. I may return but I'll probably go somewhere else.

Horrible. The customer service is awesome but dear lord are they never ready. To give an example, they open at 10:30 I walked in at 11:30, there was one other couple in the whole store and half their dishes weren't even prepared yet. Are you kidding me. A whole hour after you open and you don't have anything prepared yet, seriously. It's like this all the time. I had to wait for a while before even getting my food. They have only two cooks at all times no matter how slammed they are. They are constantly running out of supplies and having to substitute. It's like they don't know how to plan ahead. Who's running that place? Get your act together Panda Express .

Panda express has really gone downhill. This location has been the one We used to frequent. I gave it a year and came back at dinner around 5 ish, and it hasn't changed from the last time I ate here. The price has gone up which is expected due to the economy, BUT What can I say other then the food was cold, no flavor but Garlic, and the only thing decent per my husband was the fried rice. Do yourself a favor and just not eat here.

This Panda is near our home, my family and I go there fairly often. Most of the time, the standard quality of the food is pretty "good" for Panda. Today, however was AWFUL. My standard is string bean chicken, and something spicy like Sweet Fire. Today my string beans looked shriveled up like they'd been out under the heat lamps for 48hrs. There was NO life in them WHAT-SO-Ever. The whole dish looked burned and dried, including the chow mien. I ate what i could, then tossed the rest. Their quality control is Not. Good. Might be a while before I go back.

Panda Express is one of those places I go when I get a craving for it. You know what I mean? Like when for no explainable reason you want to eat a McDouble at 2am... That's what Panda Express is for me. I probably eat at PE 4ish times a year. I'm not going to give such a harsh review, as the first reviewer. I know what I'm walking into when I head to Panda. It isn't the best food. It isn't always the freshest. It really isn't authentic. And I'm well aware of these things. Tonight I was passing by and I just "had to have" Panda Express. I walked in about 5 minutes till closing and found them to be pretty much out of everything. Well aside from lo mein which for some reason they call "chow mein". The gentleman I asume is the night manager (Ken) offered me a sample of the Firecracker Chicken. If it was fresh I am sure it would be really really good. I was about to walk out because there wasn't anything ready but Ken offered to cook up whatever I wanted. It was very kind of him to offer. I've worked in the service industry before and I hated to have last minute customers. But since he offered I took him up on it. It was delicious, piping hot, and (so what) unauthentic. You know what? I loved every bite of it. Panda Express is "Chinese" fastfood. And it hits the spot.

They can make some good items. I like their Chicken and Broccoli best. Definitely an acceptable spot for Chinese food. If you get your dinner in the takeout box it seems like you usually get a little more food. There's plenty either way though.

This particular Panda Express is sub-par even for Panda Express. Dirty around the edges, understaffed, and pretty disinterested in serving customers, they are often out of dishes, more than happy to give out the bottom of the pan...often stale food over hardened noodles. It has declined severely over the summer...and after my last meal here this week, I will never return.

I was craving some Panda Express so I drove to this location. They needed all fresh stuff but it was the end of the night and so they had stated that they could make me fresh stuff in which I should have requested but I did not. Since they did have some food out there. The bacon and orange chicken is not worth it, maybe just because it was old but I got a small piece of bacon and it is 50cents extra. Also the flavor on the Shittake Broccoli Chicken was just ok with three small pieces of chicken in it. The service was good but I guess I could go elsewhere to get a $8 carton of food.
